How a shopping center can win the competition
International conference «Shopping Center: how to respond to market changes» will be devoted to effective strategies in the competitive atmosphere on retail real estate market.

       The conference will be held on September 22, 2005 in Moscow, «Expocenter» on Krasnaya Presnya.
       Bernd Hallier, Managing Director of European Institute of Trade (EHI) (Germany) will characterize the modern tendencies on European and Asian markets.
       Konstantin Sakharov, CEO at «Regiony» company, is going to discuss the regional expansion of chain projects. 
       Viktor Konteev, Deputy Mayor of Yekaterinburg city, will share the experience of shopping center expertise in Yekaterinburg. 
       Lewis Allen (HOK International Limited, Great Britain), Designer Wolfgang Gruschwitz (Germany) and Tatiana Matushina (Marketing Research and Consulting Agency «Market») will deliver the latest thinking on competitive shopping centers development. 
       The thoughts how to maintain the competitive ability of retail stores in a shopping center will be shared by Alexander Fedorov, CEO at «Wild Orchid» company.
       Jeff Kershaw (Noble Gibbons), Sergey Yashko (GFK RUS), Oleg Voytsekhovsky (Russian Council of Shopping Centers) and Vladislav Zabrodin (Capital Legal Services) will participate in the round-table talk «Retail space market in Russia: when saturation comes».
