Booth rental
  • Non-equipped - € 275
  • Standard equipped - € 295

    The standard equipped booth includes:
  • wall panels (height – 2,5 sq. m);
  • carpet;
  • fascia panel (with company name up to 15 letters);
  • table;
  • chairs;
  • spotlight (100 W);
  • plug socket;
  • cupboard;
  • waste basket;
  • ashtray;
  • lockable office (or storage place)

    The minimal size of a booth is 6 sq. m.

    Extra charges
  • Line booth (1 open side) - No
  • Corner booth (2 open sides) - 5%
  • Peninsula booth (3 open sides) - 10%
  • Island booth (4 open sides) - 20%
  • Two-leveled booth - 30%

    Registration fee: € 500

    Registration fee includes:
  • placing of the company info in the official exhibition catalogue;
  • providing with invitation tickets for the exhibition, badges, official exhibition catalogue;
  • electricity 1,5 kW;
  • participation at Gala Dinner dedicated to the exhibition opening.

    All the fees do not include VAT (18%).
    Deadline for receipt of payment: March 03, 2009.

    The Organizer assigns exposition booth space after 50% payment and signed copy of the contract has been received.
    The original contract is to be received by 03 March 2009.

    Participation in the business program is extra paid.
